Vegetable oils and fats (refined black currant seed oil – Ribes nigrum L.) 50%, gelatin (bovine), hemp seed oil 10%, glycerol, vegetable oils and fats (refined sunflower seed oil). Additives: Nutritional additives: Vitamins: 3a671 Vitamin D3 190,000 IU/kg.

Nutritional intake per pearl – average intake per daily ration (1 soft-gel pearl):

• Black currant seed oil: 250 mg
• Hemp seed oil: 50 mg
• Vitamin D3: 95 IU
• Polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega 6 series:
  – linoleic acid (LA): 113 mg
  – gamma linolenic acid (GLA): 50 mg
• Polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega 3 series:
  – alpha linolenic acid (ALA): 35.5 mg
  – stearidonic acid 3.75 mg.
• Omega 6 / Omega 3 ratio = 4.15: 1
