Ribes Pet Dermatological Shampoo-Balm is indicated for frequent cleansing in case of irritation and hypersensitivity of the skin of dogs and cats, removing dirt and efficiently reducing environmental allergens present on the coat and skin. Ribes Pet Dermatological Shampoo has been formulated respecting the pilo-cutaneous physiology, thanks to its gentle cleansing base at pH 6.5. Enriched with lipid and soothing substances, this shampoo is indicated for frequent cleansing in subjects with sensitive skin.

The content of omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids of black currant oil helps to maintain and restore the barrier integrity of the stratum corneum. The 18 b-glycyrrhetic acid, thanks to its eutrophic action, promotes the physiological skin repair processes, calming the sensations of discomfort. Octopyrox (piroctone olamine) promotes a sanitizing action against bacteria, fungi and yeasts, and helps restore the skin’s natural microbial balance.
